Lazy Crock Pot Stuffed Cabbage

Spray/oil inside of 4-quart crock pot.

Medium slide up a medium cabbage. Compost core.

Mix 1 pound of 93%/7% ground beef with a couple handfuls of your favorite rice, a packet of dry onion soup mix, a handful of grated Parmesan, moringa powder if you have it, and one or two eggs.

Layer cabbage and spoonfuls of beef mix plus a bit of tomato something on top. I have used tomato juice, tomato sauce, V8 juice, leftover tomato soup, and/or spaghetti sauce for the "tomato something". There are no "tomato" rules, use what you have on hand since you probably like that product already. There are also no rules on how much "tomato something" to use other than you need enough so that the rice can absorb and cook. If it starts to look dry, add some more sauce.

Heat until the cabbage is tender. High about 6 hours; low about 9 hours depending on your crock pot.
