Veggies: it's what's for dinner



Broccoli, everglades tomatoes, sweet potatoes, Barbados cherries, parsley and carrots. After the green calyx of the tomatoes are removed, they are going in the blender with dried basil, scrubbed carrots, onion, salt, and some agave then cooked on simmer for a couple of hours for spaghetti sauce. Sweet potatoes will be scrubbed then coated with olive oil and baked in the oven until tender. Broccoli will be rinsed and eaten on the spot. Ditto for the Barbados cherries.
