Believe it or not, this "Mortgage Lifter" (bottom) and "Marianna's Peace" (top) tomato plants were, I thought, finished producing. They were cut way back to remove the cage and harvest the last of the tomatoes. Next thing I know they are growing from the stumps, flowering, and in need of a cage again. This winter has been an excellent year for growing tomatoes.
