Freezing Tomatoes the EASY way



Before vacation, we harvested tomatoes that were red or "blushing" knowing they would rot before we got back. Rinse; dry; put in a freezer bag; use a straw to draw all the air out; freeze. I will trim the cores after I defrost to I prepare in a sauce. Don't expect these to even look recognizable after defrosted!
