What to do with Daikon Radish #2

Chips and dip.



Make dip. Yes I still use the packaged, not-so-good-for-you ranch dressing. Recipe calls for one cup of your desired milk and add one cup of your favorite mayonnaise plus mix, then a handful of diced up parsley. I add the milk first then add the mayo to make the 2 cup level. My mom taught me how to do that. Love you ma.



Thinly slice your peeled or unpeeled daikon radish.



Enjoy with other veggies.
