What to do with Daikon Radish #1

Photo above is seconds old and unwashed but still BEAUTIFUL.

Lo Mein.

Boil water for pasta. Cook angel hair, spaghetti, or linguine pasta as directed. (We use whole grain of any of the above.) Drain.

While boiling, saute onions, carrots, and diakon radish, or any other root vegetable in sesame oil until onion is almost transparent.

Add thinly sliced meat if desired (we used chicken) and cook meat through.

Toss in misc shredded items from garden that cook fast such as cabbage, broccoli, greens, tomatoes, and warm through.

Toss pasta and veggies together. Serve with low salt soy sauce on the side.

Makes me drool anytime of the day. I eat leftovers for breakfast!
