Dice peppers (any color).
Place in freezer bag. I used a regular bag since these won't stay very long in the freezer.
Insert a piece of straw (no need to waste the entire straw on this). Zip bag closed around the straw. Suck the air out being careful not to inhale the contents! Been there done that!
Carefully zip close and store in freezer. No blanching needed. I smoosh the contents so the bag lays flat in the freezer.
