Condensed Cream of veggie soup
Wash veggies. Peel if desired. Dice. Toss with olive oil. Roast at 425ยบ
until charred. Throw in blender with condensed milk to more than cover.
Thick soup was put into canning jars and frozen as "condensed". Photo in
pot is of CONDENSED cream of veggie soup. Add water to the remains (as
if it were condensed soup) then warm via microwave or stove-top. Add
SALT to your liking. Serve.
