Stew from the garden

I miss homegrown carrots in the summer. The cherry tomatoes, baby pumpkin, and perennial onions we grow year-round. This is my load for stew and I am undecided on whether to add sweet potatoes or store bought Irish potatoes.

Of course I am cooking this in the crock pot! Stew meat with a little olive oil on high until it just browns. Yes you can brown small amounts of meat in a crock  pot! Add any of these: beef bouillon, dry onion soup mix, tomato anything, moringa powder, cream soup, plus a little flour for thickening. Stir. Add any fresh and/or leftover veggies minus potatoes. Add potatoes when carrots start to become tender.

Use what you've got!
