START PLANTING: Highs in the 80s, Lows in the 70s



When the highs for one whole week are in the 80s, "plant" screams in my Northern ears. Yes, I have started warmer crops such as eggplant, peppers, beans, and tomatoes already. However, now that the highs are in the 80s instead of the 90s signals that I can start my heat sensitive crops such as cabbage, broccoli, radishes, carrots, and lettuce.
