Gloves help with cleanliness in the garden.

After removing diseased or even suspected diseased plants, change your gloves then wash the old pair! Cheap gloves are available at dollar stores this time of year so there is no excuse. Mine get washed but never thrown in the dryer. They last until I finally poke several fingers through the tips. Usually at the same time. My stock pile of at least 20 of them keeps me in gloves year round. Yes, you heard me right: 20 pair. Hating wet, damp hands, I often swap out for a new, clean, and dry pair when working.
