Stellar salad we ate this week.

My favorite was a dwarfed pickling melon that was never going to grow any further, then removed ONE perennial onion so I did not disturb her sisters still growing, tiny-tiny moringa leaves, baby purslane pulled as a weed, lettuce grown in a cement mixing tub with drainage holes grown in the SHADE.

We topped it off with only red wine vinegar. No additives. No salt. No sugar. We loved it. If too strong for you, add a bit of water. We like TANG.
