Peel green papaya, remove seeds, grate. I use a knife to peel: cut top
and bottom off of papaya so there is a flat surface to put on cutting
board, use knife to cut downward to remove peel, then flip papaya to
other end to remove any remaining peel.
Add rough chopped veggies from the garden. Grape tomatoes and Jamaican
burr cucumbers shown here. Season with your favorite salad dressing and
allow the flavors to marinade with the papaya. Sprinkle with moringa
powder and serve.
