Recipe: Pizza.



Start with a pita. I use whole wheat/whole grain. Top with tomato slices.



Top with REAL mozzarella.



Add some homegrown basil.



Sprinkle with spices. This time we used dry Italian dressing mix.



Bake at 425ยบ until cheese melts. We bake it directly on the metal rack in our "toaster" oven.
