- Fertilized: everything not in pots. 1/4 lb of slow release 10-10-10 per 3 x 8 bed, handfuls around trees and vines depending on size
- Maintenance: weed, drip
- Harvest: eggplant, beans, loquats, strawberries, broccoli, carrots, New Zealand spinach, tomatoes, sissoo spinach, parsley, purslane, Ceylon spinach, longevity spinach, Okinawa spinach
- Started microgreens and shoots: peas, kale, broccoli, lettuce
- Removed beet greens that were very sad looking but we ate them anyway, transplanted purselane into the plot*
- Removed leftover cauliflower remnants and transplanted amaranth in the plot*
- Started 50 sissoo spinach cuttings
- Started papaya, moringa, tropical lettuce, and Jewels of Opar seeds (new plant!)
All are rotated crops.
