Tomatoes. Strawberries. Elderberries. Loquats. Peaches. We love them and so do the birds. We are using bird netting to help. Not 100% bird-proof but a heck of a lot better than nothing at all. Amazon has a lot to choose from here.
We have tried hanging reflective CDs, dollar store pinwheels, and sheer curtains in the past but are finding the netting to be far superior. HOWEVER, the netting is hard to handle for one person. Make sure to buy UV treated.
