Kohlrabi and veggies from the garden
If you have never had kohlrabi, here is a visual on how to prepare.
Chopped onion, kohlrabi, carrots, sweet potato (two kinds), green tomatoes, and red peppers. Added the juice of one orange and tossed in olive oil. Roasted at 425ยบ until charred and fork tender. If it chars too fast, lower the heat until the veggies are cooked through to your desired tenderness. We top with a blend of moringa/egyptian spinach/katuk powder and salt at the table.
