Veggie Cooking
Cooking with Veggies does not have to be Serious
Cooking does not have to be a serious thing. Ask my husband, I never follow a recipe unless I am baking which IS serious cooking. Take what you have in the garden and throw it in the blender for a sauce, or saute it in olive oil before adding to another sauce, or stir fry and serve over pasta or rice, or toss in olive oil and roast until just browned. Possibilities are endless.
Above: Everglades tomatoes, red storage onion, moringa, parsley, salt, honey, and garlic (store bought) all ready for the blender.
