Fresh from the garden:
Moringa leaves
Leaf Lettuce
Everglades Tomatoes
Ceylon Spinach
Purslane
Swiss Chard thinnings
Beet thinnings
Cauliflower thinnings
Kale thinnings
Turnip Greens
Cabbage thinnings
Jamaican Burr Cucumbers
Onions (grew these last year and are in storage)

What dressing?

This salad, I used store bought Italian. I pour the oil out of the bottle into a used zip bag and throw out. Great flavor without all the oil/calories.
