Gather the fruit when it drops. Cut in half. Scoop out the insides into blender. Add water. Blend. Add sugar as needed (tart). We let the seeds settle then pour off into our ice filled glasses.
Passion vine needs sun, lots of room to grow on a fence, and moderate fertilizing. Biggest problems growing in SW Florida are nematodes, caterpillars, and freezing temperatures.
