Just had an email chat with Gene McAvoy, our 5-county Extension Veggy guy. I asked if all Spinosad were the same. Example: "Conserve" versus "Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew Concentrate".
Gene's reply:
"The active ingredient spinosad should be the same but concentration and inert ingredients may be different and influence effectiveness and determine whether it can be approved for organic use."
